1. About NORTHLINK
NORTHLINK is an industrial parts sourcing platform. We source, verify, and supply industrial automation components including PLCs, I/O modules, drives, HMIs, and legacy parts globally.

2. Trademark Notice
All product names, trademarks, and brands referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by NORTHLINK.

3. Pricing and Quotes
All prices shown are indicative unless confirmed in a written quote. Final pricing is confirmed via our RFQ process. NORTHLINK reserves the right to adjust pricing based on real-time market availability.

4. Orders
Orders are binding only upon written confirmation from NORTHLINK. We reserve the right to decline any order that cannot be fulfilled.

5. Limitation of Liability
NORTHLINK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use sourced parts. Our liability is limited to the value of the confirmed order.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
