NORTHLINK ships to customers worldwide. Shipping options, carriers, and estimated transit times are confirmed at the time of quotation based on destination and part availability.

2. Lead Time
Lead times vary by product availability and sourcing requirements:
- FAST QUOTE items: typically 3–10 business days after order confirmation
- SOURCING items: lead time confirmed individually based on global sourcing

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier. All costs are included in the final confirmed quote.

4. Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tracking information is provided upon shipment. NORTHLINK is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control.
